“ALL ABOUT ALBACORE” features culinary instruction and hands-on demonstration with Jennifer Burns-Bright.
Is anything tastier than Oregon albacore fresh off the boat?
We'll cover what to look for on the dock, breaking down a fillet, freezing, grilling, and delicious ways to cook the tuna.
Attendees may be involved in prepping, cooking, and serving this tantalizing fish, as well as sharing a memorable repast.
Is your mouth watering yet?
