THE MISSION OF THE SEASIDE PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION:

The Seaside Public Library Foundation is established to raise funds for the Seaside Public Library, to enhance the Library's place in the community,

and to support literary efforts in Clatsop County.The Foundation support will complement taxpayer's funds for the Library.
